2 cups greek yogurt

1 vanilla pod

2 tbsp honey


  • in the bowl mix together greek yogurt and honey
  • cut the vanilla pod in half scrape out the seeds and mix them in the yogurt mixture 
  • place in the ice cream maker or of you don't have one place it in the freezer and check every 30-45 min and stir hard to break up the ice crystals until yogurt is frozen well
  • the more you break up the ice crystals the smoother the end result will be
