500g ground turkey

3 bell peppers 

1 onion diced 

5 cloves of garlic 

1 tbsp jalapeño

2 cans of diced tomatoes

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 can of kidney beans 

1 can of black beans

salt and pepper

1 cup of water


fresh cilantro


  • in the large pot cook ground meat, onion and garlic over medium heat about 8-10 minutes or until browned
  • add diced jalapeño, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and diced tomatoes, bring it to boil then reduce the heat 
  • add diced bell peppers and beans, and let in cook on a low heat for an hour stirring occasionally 
  • add cup of water if the mixture is too thick for your taste
  • serve with avocado and top with fresh cilantro
