200ml raspberry puree (if using frozen unthaw first)

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp gelatin ( or 10 leaves) 

  • heat up raspberry puree in the small sauce pan until warm
  • if using leaves of gelatin place them in the cold water first for a few minutes until it gets soft 
  • add gelatin and mix well until its completely dissolved
  • pour into silicon molds place in the freezer for at least 30 min before taking out of the mold 
  • place in the jar and store in the fridge
