100g organic flour

100g almond meal

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp raw cacao

1 tbsp honey

handful of nuts (anything you like)

1-2 tbsp almond milk


  • preheat oven to 160'C and line your baking tray
  • in a small pan gently melt together peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and raw cacao
  • in a bowl mix together flour, almond meal, baking powder
  • add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in your bowl and mix together, add almond milk until the dough will stick together and form a bowl
  • you might add more flour or milk depends on the texture
  • divide dough into small balls and flatten into cookies 
  • pop on the tray and bake in the oven for about 20 mins
