If you are craving something sweet try this healthy snack, it is so easy that you can even prepare it with your kids, i use extra sweet tangerine segments and added chocolate and salty pistachios to kick them up a notch.

You can also use clementines or satsumas, chop your pistachios before you melt the chocolate ( i use dark bitter sweet, but you can use any you like) dip half of you slices in the chocolate and place on the serving plate, sprinkle with pistachios while the chocolate is still warm and if you are making these ahead of time refrigerate.

Sprinkle with anything you like: sea salt, shaved coconut, dried cranberries, orange zest, chili pepper
