3 cups of mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (or use any of your preference)

4 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp agave or maple syrup or honey


  • in the medium sauce pan combine berries and agave syrup
  • bring to boil and then cover and let it cook on medium heat for about 5 min
  • if you want very smooth jam use immersion blender to puree until desired texture 
  • once the berries are cooked whisk in chia seeds and keep stirring until mixture starts to thicken 
  • allow jam to cool off before transferring to an air tight container 
  • you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
