2-3 ripped bananas

150g of raspberries

good quality dark chocolate 

1 tbsp coconut oil

  • in the blender mix bananas and raspberries and place the mixture on the side
  • add chocolate and 1 tbsp of coconut oil to double boiler, if you don't have one just place non-plastic bowl over a pot of simmering water, make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water, otherwise it might burn instead of melting
  • stirr chocolate frequently until most of it has melted, remove from the double-boiler and continue stirring until the last few lumps have melted ( of the consistency is too thin add few more pieces of chocolate, if too thick add another spoon of coconut oil)
  • using a small brush paint the silicon candy molds with melted chocolate, place them in the freezer for 2-3 min to set and then fill them with banana-rasberry mixture and cover with rest of the melted chocolate
  • place in the freezer and let them set for at least 2-3 hours
