400g white flaky fish 

2 limes 

taco mix seasoning

1 tsp ground coriander 

olive oil 

2 avocados 

fresh cilantro 

2-3 tomatoes

1/2 onion 

white yogurt ( to replace sour cream ) 




8 flour tortillas 


  • marinate the fish for at least 20-30 min in a mix of olive oil, lime juice from 1 lime, taco mix seasoning, salt, pepper and ground coriander 
  • mix avocados with little bit of lime juice, salt, pepper and chopped fresh cilantro and set aside 
  • to prepare tomato salsa cut tomatoes, onion add squeeze of lime juice, fresh cilantro,season with salt and pepper and set aside
  • mix yogurt with little bit of cumin lime juice salt and pepper set aside 
  • preheat oven to 200’C and then bake the fish for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Place fish in a bowl; break into pieces with a fork
  • heat tortillas in the oven for a few minutes 
  • divide fish evenly among tortillas; top each with a spoon of avocado mixture, tomato salsa and top it all of with yogurt sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro
