CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

1 ripe avocado

2 tbsp agave sirup or honey

2 tbsp good quality raw unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 bar high quality dark chocolate ( melted )

small pinch of salt

2 tbsp almond or soy milk

2-3 dates ( optional )

 

  • cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh
  • put it in the small blender
  • add agave or honey, cocoa powder, salt and milk
  • mix until very smooth
  • taste and adjust for desired sweetness
  • spoon mixture in to the bowl and chill at least 30 min before serving
  • garnish with toppings of your choice (fresh fruits, mint, nuts or coconut )
