CHIA FRESCA - NATURAL ENERGY DRINK
For many years this has been a popular drink in Mexico and Central America. Usually made of water, chia seeds, lemon or lime juice and sweetener.

CHIA FRESCA :
- 2 cups of coconut water or just water
- 1,5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice)
- chia has a dentency to sink in the bottom of the glass so give it a good stir.
