BAKED CARROT CHIPS

2 large carrots, shaved into peels with vegetable peeler

1/2 tbsp coconut or olive oil

pinch of salt

pepper

(to spice things up add 1/2 tbs of curry or cayenne pepper)

 

  • Preheat oven to180'C
  • line the baking sheet with parchment paper, in a bowl toss the carrots with coconut or olive oil, salt and pepper then transfer into baking sheet, arranging them into single layer
  • Bake for about 10-12 min ( every oven is different so make sure to keep an eye on them because they can burn in a minute)
  • Remove from the oven and cool until chips are crisp
  • Eat right away
